Description
Here are all eight of the Darkwield Power spheres surrounding The Heartwield Power. These are all associated with the Taser Laser project:
Taser Laser (Concept)
It’s the year 2200. Most of the world has been overtaken by the technological age, though many intelligent human beings live peacefully on earth. 15 year old Jason Terrell is an orphaned schoolboy, but despite his obvious intelligence and charm, his red eyes made him off-putting.
One afternoon when walking back home from school, he becomes a victim of a very nasty hover-car crash. Jason survives the crash, but his arms are mangled and must be amputated.
However, instead of just leaving the arms as they are, they are replaced with mechanical arms which the hospital orders from the military. Following a quick healing, thanks to Jason's rare blood type, Terrell was subjected to robotic surgery, where the mechanical arms were installed to replace his formerly paralysed arms. They also managed to save enough of his nervous system to attach to his new arms, so that he could move them as he would fleshy arms.

This is beautiful. I love the colours and how you arranged them. It reminds me of the planets orbiting the sun. It's very pretty.
I especially like the glare and shadow on each Darkwield Power spheres and Darkwield Rainbow.
The one thing I would have done differently would be to have but a dark, black or deep purple, table cloth under the spheres so you don't see the wood. I feel the light brown of the wood is detracting from some of the colors, especially the oranges and pinks.
It's still a beautiful piece. It reminds me on a whole of nature, very peaceful. Very Well Done.

I shall start by saying that this is a very lovely piece. You did an excellent job on the positioning and alignment of the spheres. I love how the rings on the center sphere represent each of the spheres lying around it.
One thing that I would recommend for next time is to have a more balanced light source. The obvious gleam in the top left corner takes some of the impact of the piece away, as does the lights glare on each of the spheres.
Another thing that I would keep in mind is that perhaps lying the spheres on a solid colored surface would bring more depth to the image, or at least keeping the background objects (i.e. the DVDs and everything else around the wood table) out of the picture. Those distractions take away from the idea that you wanted to photograph.

This is such a beautiful work. For me the simplicity of it is what makes it so perfect and peaceful. It's calming. Almost hypnotic. I don't know how you managed to put the marbles in the exact position they should be, but congratulations, you did it.
i gave you 3 stars in originality, cause it makes me think about decoration, stuff I've seen before, but no big deal, it actually doesn't make it less special.
One thing you could do to make it look better: improve the light. Maybe you wouldn't have to take the picture all over again, you could just put it through photoshop. That way it would give the scene even more impact.

Let me say that I love the concept. I like the different colors of the balls adn how the light creats the shiny spots.
Reminds me of marbles and I looveee marbles lol
My suggestions to maybe try out are to not have the table edge be visible in the shot. Its gives it an unprofessional feel in my opinion. And if there is going to be a background not to have all of that stuff back there but either have nature or a solid backdrop. Also, play around with different lights. maybe try a good spotlight. Or maybe take the shot straight from above. I wonder what that would look like. Play around maybe with different shots and see what comes out e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s… " width="15" height="15" alt="

first lets start off with he center piece. i love how it is see through and has brings of various colors around it. it was made to be a center piece to stand out by it's own. amazing decision on that. and now the other ones. very colorful indeed but very well placed. it gives a sense of worldliness of the other planets going around one source. of all things evolving around the same thing. like humans we are born. look different do different things but we all live in the same cycle of life. we are born to die. I see so much in this one picture.a amazing~

I really like what you did here with the multiple balls.
The composition is very appealing and I like how the balls are set up in a near perfect symmetrical and balanced formation.
I also like how the light reflects off the glass at the same angle for all of them, the flat surface did well with showing solid shadows and makes for a compelling contrast.
It looks like an atom with smaller electrons orbiting it, very compelling.
Overall, this image is interesting to look at and I can tell you took the time to space the balls well.
I would like to suggest that next time you could lay a thin white cloth across the surface of the table, in a room that has no windows so that you have one absolute light source.
The white fabric would make the shadows and reflected colour of the balls more obvious and cement the great contrast you've got going.
Finally, just as a suggestion you could swap some of the balls with others to mirror the colour wheel with an orange across from blue and the purple across from the orange. This way you could relay the positioning of the balls to the colour theory.
Well done on the composition, I really enjoy looking at his image!

Thank you for your critique, but please allow me to clarify a few things with you. These spheres are not intended to be an atom formation. They are a series of treasures which my main character hunts for within the story that I am writing.
I deliberately used a room with a window and I do not have a proper light that can show up the colours so well.
Starting from the topmost left and going anti-clockwise, the colours of the smaller spheres are arranged in alphabetical order.

I believe that you have a great idea to this piece. Each orb surrounding the initial one seems to have its own representation. When looked at, it seems a bit peaceful yet can be imagined to be a dynamic sculpture. My issue with this is A) The lighting, B) The distracting background, C) The quality of the photograph seems to be a bit blurry, and D) the choice of flat surface you mounted these orbs on. What I would suggest you doing to fix this is have a completely black or dark background or table to help the glass orbs stand out more to catch the viewer's attention. After doing that, make the lighting shine from an angle to catch the glass's luster. Finally, make sure that the camera is focused enough to catch the sharpness of the glass and the glint of the lighting.

to be honest, I love them! I wish I had a set, I don't know what I'd do with it, but it is Awesome!
things to work on:
try taking the picture in a better light, it would make it look more appealing.
things I love:
I love the fact that the glass was so well formed
I love the colors
I love the kind of misty, cloudy effect on the colors
I love the way that there are colored rings on the large ball
I love the beautiful holder upper things
I honestly love them, and I hope that they are well taken care of, and last a long time, sharing their beauty with all who lay eyes on it.
have a great day. e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s… " width="15" height="15" alt="

Photo taken simply and nicely.I do not know what it isthey look like balls or bulbs, but accept that the glass beads. Balls look like a planet, or a flower.A large ball in the middle is transparent and marked with colors other spheres. It's like a world surrounded by other smaller worlds that are part of a large world. They look magical in its own way. Spread out on the table are more visible. Well positioned light balls to shine and give a shadow image taken sideways. I wish you more such good pictures, works and faith in yourself. Thank you. In my story that I am currently in the process of writing, The Darkwield Powers work in a similar fashion to that of The Chaos Emeralds in the Sonic The Hedgehog series of games. When the main character, Jason Terrell, collects all of these artefacts from various planets, he can use them to superpower himself and deliver an impenetrable blow to the central enemy of the story, he Grand Emperor Weevil

I quite liked this! I especially like how you positioned the balls so that the smaller ones surrounded the one large one. Additionally, the photograph was taken rather well. Interesting that the larger ball in the middle was not fully coloured, and instead has circled coloured lines of the surrounding balls. I'm actually very impressed by this, considering that I probably wouldn't be capable enough to do this myself! If there was something I had to say about improving this, I think it would just be that the the overall image would've been a lot cooler if the lines in the larger ball had a sort of pattern to it that matched with the surrounding balls.
Good job! ^.^

This is one of the most interesting pieces I have come across on DeviantArt. I love the various colors of the marbles, and the position you put them in. The design is very majestic visually because of the way the light reflects off of the marbles onto the table. It is also a very innovative idea to create stands for the marbles so they keep their position. The position of the marbles reminds me of worshipers following a deity, as the small marbles surround the large colorful one. I think that overall, the whole concept shown in this image is very well done. My only suggestion is to try putting light under or behind the marbles to see if they might glow. That would be cool. e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s… " width="15" height="15" alt="

Very nice, I like the positions of the balls, around one big one! It reminds me of an art project! These balls also remind me of a rainbow, or colorful designs. Like a Peter Max design. Great job with this, I like it very much! It makes me wonder what did he or she use to make these spheres of art? Because what ever it is, it turned out great! It turned out great as I said before! Great, creative, and fair! Happy to know that this person made it up instead of litterally taking a picture from the internet and posting it. Great job, these spheres look great! Who knew shapes would look this good?

I also think that the glass ball in the center is really interesting. The rings are really cool, but I think they might look a bit more even if you put a second coat of paint on them.

This is a very unique concept. I really like it a lot.
What I have to say first is I like how the middle marble is clear with rings of colors that match all the other colored marbles around it, I thought that was pretty cool.
I also like the fact that all the other marbles are orbiting the large clear marble, almost like a planet with moons or an alien mother ship and it's smaller alien ships protecting it.
I also really like the light angle in this picture. I like how the light is shining through the marbles, giving them a somewhat bright and shiny feel to them.
One thing I could say is that next time try taking a picture of them in just natural light, because I can see that you had an inside light on and you can see the yellow light.
