(This is a book that I'm making based on one of my characters TurboBoy/Atom D Albert of the Bo-Ld Di-ment. His story will be in separate chapters with parts of it for sale (still working on the story and where to sell for what price for them.). However, Ch1 Part1 is free to read for you to enjoy.)

Ch 1

Turbo Boy Begins

Part.1 Childhood Hero

In the city of Seattle in Washington state lived a boy by the name of Atom D Albert at the age of 7 playing with his Toy cars in the back seat while both his parents were driving to a car sport show for Atom’s 7th birthday on the 8th of July. His mom Deana C Albert was in the driver seat of the car, while his dad Thomas D Albert was in the passenger seat taking a nap. “Dad is always sleeping when we go to places.” Atom says to his mom, Deana replied “That’s what he gets when he is working all night in the security office Atom, but I do wish that as well.”. While they were talking Thomas woke from his nap, “uh…Who wishes what now?” Thomas says.

“Mom says that she wishes that you were awake when we go somewhere.” Atom says, then his mom replied, “Wow aren’t you a little tattle tailer today, Atom.” “No, you’re right Deana.” Thomas says as he leans his chair up. “But it’s a cops Job to protect his people and you know it” Thomas continues, “Yah, at a toy shop.” Deana says in response, “Hey do you have any idea how many kids try to break in the place for an Army action figure and a Doll.”. Atom jumps up and says, “I love that store are we going there after?” “We’ll see.” Said Thomas,” Speaking of the devil, were here.” Said Deana. Atom got excited to see the Nass car Stadium where his favorite racer name Donald G Dash is hosting, two hours later as the race begin, and Atom was exited while watching from the front row seats with a birthday hat that he got from the front lobby “I’ll Be right back I’m going to get us some snacks.” Said Thomas.

Meanwhile the announcer on the microphone started to speak before the race started “All Right ladies and gentlemen are you ready?” the crowd started to cheer, and Atom started to as well “well then before we start lets us introduce yawl to our racers of the day.” The announcer continues. Ten minutes passed and while they were announcing the first ten racers Donald G Dash was at the pit with his crew talking while getting his suit and helmet ready “Look at you Donald you got quite a crowd today just so they can see you in last place.” Donald looked to see who said that line only to see it was his rival named Glen C Turner who was walking towards him and his crew. “Oh, it’s you Glen, but no they didn’t.” said Donald “Oh, right because they only paid us to entertain them, but you only do it just because you love the speed, the excitement and all that crap.” Said Glen leaning onto his sports car “What is your problem, Glen? Why did you come over to my pit for?” said Donald “Just saying that I’m going to win this race this time, so you can kiss my dust when this race is over.” said Glen. When the announcer was finished introducing the eight racers it was Glen’s turn for an introduction “See you at the checker flag Donald Dish.” Glen says will walk out.

One of the pit crew named Justin R Clever tried to stand up to Glen, but Donald stopped him before he could yell and say, “Let him go Justin.” “But did you hear what that green stripe hot head said about you...” Justen said, but Donald interrupted and replied “Yes and I don’t care what he says about me, I know you don’t want anyone like him treat me like that and I appreciate you for trying, but violence isn’t the answer. you know that.” “But… ok sorry about that Dash I Didn’t want…” Justen said but was interrupted by the announcer finishing Glen’s introduction and moving on to Donald. “Well, I got to go will talk more after words ok.” Said Donald as he walks out “All right be careful out their sir.” said Justen. Meanwhile Atom’s dad Thomas came back with a snack bowl with drinks, hotdog and chips “Sorry I’m late there was a long line at the lobby, anyway, did I miss anything?” said Thomas “they just announce the nine racers.” Said Deana, as soon as Thomas sat down the announcer started to speak “And now ladies and gentlemen please allow me to introduce our very special guest that we saved for last. Please welcome the one and only Donald Dash.”. the crowd started to cheer for Donald and Atom was also excited to see him, as soon as he walked out, he gave everyone in the front row seats a HI five, but as soon as he came to Atom at the end, he noticed that he had a birthday hat on and gave him a fist bump and say, “Happy Birthday Kid.” Atom was so happy for that it even put a smile on both Deana and Thomas’ faces.

Donald ran into his sports car waiting for the green light to go like the other racers “Mom Dad did you see that did you see what he did?” Atom said in excitement “We sure did, see I told you that he was a nice guy, Thomas.” Deana said, “Well you know how I feal about famous people, guess you were right.” Thomas replied, as soon as the green light flashed all the racers headed off onto the race. Time has passed with the drivers on the checker flag lap with Donald Dash in first place with Glen behind him Atom was happy to see him win the race live, but as soon as they were halfway to the flag Glen swooped in front of Donald speeding on “You see that Donald Dish, that flag is all mine.” said Glen “So you’re going to play that way hm well we are going to see about that.” Donald said as he sped up behind Glen. Atom is hoping that Donald will go around and win this race when, but as soon as Donald got close to Glen there were sparks coming out of the bottom of Donald’s car. Everyone was shocked that this was happening and so was Atom “Dad why are their sparks coming out of his car?” says Atom “I don’t know, back from the fence.” Thomas says, as soon as Donald’s pit crew warned him, he then noticed the sparks, but when he tried to slow down the back of the car blew off the road and flew over the fence next to the crowd where Atom and his parents were at.

Atom looked at Donald flying as he looked at Atom back, Donald landed into an empty parking lot as the other drivers stopped including Glen to see what happened to Donald. Thomas dropped his snack bowl and started to climb over the fence “Mom, Dad what is happening?” Atom said in shock “Stay here.” Said Thomas as he jumped over the fence “Everything is ok it going to be ok.” Deana said hugging Atom, Thomas ran towards Donald’s car to see if he was alright only to find him unconscious, he tried to unbuckle him, but it was jammed. Thomas noticed a smell coming from the car and new that the car was going to blow, grabbing his pocketknife he cut the straps of the buckle off Donald and pulled him out, Donald’s pit crew than showed up to see Thomas struggling to pick up Donald from his car “Help me for god sakes, this car is going to blow!” Thomas yelled out loud, and then the crew came including Justen to save Donald from the car. The people, the drivers including Glen and Deana and Atom came out to see if everything was alright only to see Thomas and the pit crew holding Donald’s body and rushing to get away from the car “Get Away, Get Away!!!” Thomas yelled out loud, but as soon as they were ten feet away from the car it exploded in front of everyone, when they putted Donald down Thomas started doing CPR trying to save him “oh god his legs. Their broken.” Glen said meanwhile an ambulance then came to check in on everyone and took Donald Dash to the ambulance car with Atom watching the whole thing in a state of shock with Deana trying to comfort him, Thomas walked away from Donald and the crew knowing he will be alright in the ambulances care. “Is…is he g…going to be, ok?” Atom says in tears “Oh yah everything is alright but hey what do you say that we check if that toy store is open ok.” Thomas says hugging his son “O…ok” Atom replied, as soon as they got back and putted atom in the car Thomas and Deana talked “You almost gave me a heart attack I thought you were going to die.” Deana said, “nobody was around someone had to get that man out and thank god I did but…” Thomas said, but Deana interrupted “I understand that it is your job to protect and serve but thought I would lose you, but Atom is shaking up from it all of it the most and you had to just say Let’s go to the toy store?” “I’m just trying to keep Atom calm Deana, what else am I supposed to say he is just a…kid.” Thomas stops speaking only to see Atom was curled up in the car crying, “ok…ok let’s just go.” Deana says calming down. On the road to the toy store the car was silent with Thomas on the wheel and Deana looking and comforting Atom “Hey Sweety are you doing, ok?” Deana says to Atom, but atom stayed silent and this worried both Thomas and Deana.

One Hour later they were in the toy store, but Atom didn’t want to go in any more so they went home, later that night Thomas tucked Atom to bead and meet up with Deana in the room with her siting on the bed “Deana can we talk about what…” Thomas was interrupted by Deana kissing and hugging him “I’m so sorry I snaped at you I was so scared for you and now Atom is going to need therapy for what he saw on his birthday.” Deana says, “I know…I know It's ok I’ll make sure Atom gets all the help he needs and make it up to you both I Promise.” Thomas says while kissing and hugging his wife. The next night Thomas goes to the toy store for his night shift but walked to see Mr. Clad the old man who owns store locking it up “hey Clad how is your night going so far” Thomas asks “I should be asking you the same thing; I heard what happen at the stadium. Is Atom doing well?” Clad says “He is doing ok, but I’m going to be giving him therapy soon to help out I just hope it works, so I’m doing extra hours for that.” Thomas says, “If you want you can take the night off, I think it is best for his son to be with his father not just the mother Besides me and my wife are packing up for a trip across country so I’ll be closed but if you want you can work while I’m out with my wife but not tonight ok.” Clad says. Thomas took the opportunity to go and thanked Clad before so, while on the road he got a call from a police chef named Kamden J Oden of the police department “Hey chef is there a problem?” Thomas asked, “an invitation…from who? is it alright if I invite my family… He won’t mind that’s great… I’ll let you go tell him we will be there tomorrow… ok by.” Thomas puts down the phone and continues driving. The next day Atom and his parents is visiting the hospital “why are we hear?” Atom asks, “It’s a surprise.” Deana replied as soon as they got to a patient door Thomas said, “this is the place, Atom do you mind opening the door please.” Atom opens the door and to his surprise it was and pit crew surprising Atom with a cake, Atom was surprised “but how?” Deana asks, “Donald Dash wanted to meet the man who saved his life, but I told him about Atoms birthday during the crash, so his friends got everything to celebrate for Atom.” Thomas said, “Hey there you must be Atom.” Said the lady of the pit crew “I’m Jade, Jade Q Anther And this is the crew…” she introduced the name of the crew to Atom one by one. Evelin F San, Dug H Kimberton, Shawn H Lindon and Justin R Clever “and there is someone hear who wants to meet you.” Jade says, as they showed Atom to the hospital bed, he saw Donald Laying in it.

“Hey kiddo you I remember you first row of I remember, sorry about your birthday.” Donald said, Atom walked up happy to see him in person but is upset a little “but Donald what about your legs, they’re both gone.” Atom said, “hey Don’t worry about that, it’s not your fault your dad is a hero you know.” Donald said. Time passed as the family and the crew had pizza cake and watched movies for Atom, later the family was getting ready to leave, but Donald gave Atom a present before they walked out “what is it?” Atom asks, “What is in here is a model car I had when I was your age and now, I would like to give it to you Atom.” Atom thanked Donald for the present. While on the road Atom want to know what this model looks like and opens it to see a handmade 1901 35 hp with fire paint having Atoms name on one side with Donald’s signature on the other witch was recently marked on with a permanent marker.
