Like a still from reporter's camera, three seconds after blowup. Hurry, men!
Wonderful imagination, greetings!

My god... I loved this when I first looked at it. Then I read "assassination" in the description and it became amazing. This is perfect.

At first when I looked at this, I didn't notice the smoke or the explosion, but when I took a closer look and saw it, a whole new dimension to the picture really opened up. In a way I think that makes it almost more realistic, as though you're a bystander on this street who suddenly hears a loud noise and turns to see the home they're used to in chaos. The skewed angle/perspective really adds to that effect- makes you feel as though you yourself are a part of the painting.

i'm going to have to say it was hard for me to find the focus in the composition.
was the title linked to the smoke? was there an explosion?
the atmosphere / sky / smoke / buildings all seem to blend together for me.
still looking at this piece I am kind of confused; my eye ends up focusing on that bright red curtain thing in the bottom left third of the composition.

not being familiar with this assassin's creed mentioned several times above (is that what this is based on? what is it?) my first thought was that it reminded me of the world trade center explosions, but then I'm American and so I guess, pretty predisposed, lol. It has a wonderful atmosphere, as with all your works. I absolutely love your painting style, wish I could work digital wonders like that.
I am also now officially intrigued by this assassin's creed, whatever it is.

it never ceases to astound me how well you manage to render an environment in 2 hours, even if it's only a loose speedpaint.
absolutely stunning use of perspective, colour, concept ... etc!

Uhh, i donΒ΄t really see the link to "Assassination /AssassinΒ΄s Creed" here, but itΒ΄s a cool pic! Is the builduing beeing assassinated or what?
Oh, and did you paint in this perspective from scratch or did you rotate it at some point...?
Cheers~

I think if you could see the assassin it would defeat the point of the assassination. We can only acknowledge he's there but see him we cannot.
