my OC ReynaI have been thinking on why I grew extremely bored on chibis, and I came up with an answer, that my usual chibis are lacking of expressions and movements since their proportions are too minimal. Then I tried to experiment with it and I came up with a new style, as you can see on the left.
I'm aware that my new one is much less cuddlier than the old one, but hey, I love how expressions works well on the new one xD
It's not that I'll completely switch to the new one-I will still stick with the old one when I want some cuteness, but I'll make the new one when I want some motion
-shots for being lame-(and I have to say that Reyna looks extremely off in my usual chibi style lol xD)
I know there are so many flaws on the picture, but well this is just some doodles for fun
and fear the random cat of doom, rawr >;3

I also agree that adding movements and cooler poses to our chibis makes it seem much more alive and stunning

iya, ini karakterku, dah rada lama sih, dibuat sekitar 3 taun yang lalu @@; komik? kepingin sih, cuma masalahnya aku parah banget kalo mesti bikin cerita T3T *nilai ngarang dulu jelek* mungkin kalo mau harus collab bareng temen xD yah semoga aja suatu hari bisa T3T masih kaya mimpi nun jauh di sana sih xD

Chibis are a hard form of work specifically because of their limited expression and movement abilities. I think you've done fine in the past, but I do also like your new style. Can't wait to see more.
