Leviathan vs SWS cross-promotional battle continues as the second official match has been announced! It will be SWS’s current cover gal and fan favorite, Rin Takahashi of Japan taking on one of Leviathan’s ruthless albeit green wrestlers in that of Oarfish aka Sobestka Ladislava of Slovakia. Unlike the previous match, under the request of Sobestka, she wanted this match to be a no-holds-barred match! Seeing this issue in this, Rin happily accepted the challenge and requested the organizations to make it official. Seeing that both fighters were in agreement with Oarfish’s match pitch, Leviathan and SWS signed the papers and made it official! Although spoilers, Sobestka would later regret her request.

Coming into this match feeling that she now had the full court advantage, Oarfish believed it being a no disqualification match that it would certainly be a cakewalk against her smaller opponent. But folks, one lesson to life that Rin would like to teach everyone, especially Oarfish- size doe NOT matter. Nor the fact that it was a no disqualification match.

For the fight itself, it would be expected that Oarfish at first had her way with Rin, throwing about the ring, choking her on the ropes with no disqualification count, and taking every cheap shot she can do on the poor Rin. It was until Sobestka learned that her SWS foe had a lot more tricks up her leotard than she would have imagined. Oarfish was caught off guard while she bragged to the fan in attendance how this match was such a waste of time. Over in the corner, Rin sat on top rope facing the audience, she was put there by Oarfish for a later move. Rin appeared to be out of it and in a daze… Bored how easy this match was, Sobestka went to grab her opponent off the corner to a hit potentially match-sealing Running Powerbomb. But once Oarfish tried to slide her head between Rin’s legs and lift her foe off the corner, Rin initiated her trap! Trusting her hips forward and putting all of her body weight forward, Rin forced Oarfish to hit the back of her neck on the top turnbuckle pad! Rin would then hold onto the ring post as she laid all of her body weight on Oarfish’s face and neck!

There wouldn’t be a correct name or terminology for this wrestling move that we could find in the dictionary, but we could definitely say that it was EFFECTIVE against Sobetska! The Slovakian thug tried her best to somehow get out of this embarrassing move, but all of her attempts would be futile. Oarfish tried reaching up and pulling Rin off and tried executing her Running Powerbomb as she planned, but each time she tried her opponent would slip her feet between the ropes and lay even MORE pressure on Oarfish’s neck. Sobetska even tried to slip her face out by dropping her feet from underneath herself- this escape attempt would also be fruitless as it invertedly put more pressure on Sobestka’s neck and face. The real kicker in this situation is that it was all Oarfish’s own doing! The combination of underestimating her smaller opponent AND requesting for the match to be essentially a no disqualification match laid a foundation for this moment to happen. Seeing no other choice but pass out in her opponent’s crotch which she would rather die than do, Oarfish was forced to submit!

This would be a DEVASTATING loss not only for the humiliated Oarfish but for Leviathan as well as one of their young blood was made to submit in one of the most embarrassing ways possible…Will Rin’s win bring momentum to SWS and encourage her fellow league mates to break the current tie between SWS and Leviathan that’s currently 1 to 1. Or will the bruised and embarrassed Leviathan get their revenge in the third cross-promotional match? Stay tuned and find out!
