This was a short intended for the latest Sonic Shorts by TheWax
However I didn't feel it was good enough (despite him saying it was)
Knuckles is an A-class idiot and cannot see for looking!

Damn man, very awesome job on the flash. How did you sync the voice well with the animation 'cause I'm tryin' to do some drawings into the animation as well.

Basically, having the sound for the voice set as a Sound Track rather than a singular sound event makes it much easier to deal with.

I take it you're still using swish right?
You've lip synced before though with sprites right? it's the same basic principal dude.
How I do it though, is I set up a Movie Clip (Sprite) and import the audio that contains that character's lines, and set it as a sound track for that particular sprite/movie clip
then you can track where sound happens and stops really easily, that's how you lip sync.
