Obviously, her fear is deep waters, as in diving/swimming. She doesn't mind drinking it.
But even if she was scared of actual water, she would eat fruits and plants, they all have water in them in a certain percentage. But I don't know she would live with herself then as she herself is made out of water just like any other living organism xD
