Name: Panaca Dalisay
Nickname: Pan if you will, Panaca is a man's name -.-;
Age: 20
Race: Human, ignore the eyes.
Sex: Female, despite my unblessed bust.
Spirit Animal: Jack Rabbit, Tonopah

Special Ability: Manipulating the memories of others, she can warp the memories of the past and add events, feelings, and people to them. She can’t see the already existing memories nor can she change them. It will only work if the person’s eyes are locked with her’s, thus leaving her vulnerable until she has finished.
+Right now all she can do is make people remember small tasks and her hold is only powerful enough to last a few seconds+

Brief History: Born and raised in the beautiful Nevada, I’ve always been captivated by the snow caped mountains in the winter and have enjoyed the humidless heat of the summers. My Father had always told me stories about our shaman lineage, I never believed him due to my psychotic mother’s constant ranting that my father was crazy and that the only meaning of life is to survive. Since I was young she would pump into my head that to survive you must fend for yourself alone and not to rely on others. My father had been telling me that the end is nigh and to prepare myself, he was the one who helped me discover my ability. The wrath of the Gods didn’t spare my family but it spared my home and I was able to remain in Vegas.

This has to be the first OC I've ever made that is emo-ish Cx. No she isn't a self-mutilater, she's just not miss sunshine on Christmas.
Very introverted, she doesn't open up easily to others and would rather spend her time developing her powers or reading over socializing. She's my Filipino emo C8
