I'm really liking the current design progress!!.
Just like ToukoRoses said their weapons hould tie into their legions type of military stance or It should tie on what the legions is all about. For example:
+ The Scarlet Legions just like their flag said, "Those who are forced to live in the darkness". Maybe the weapon should be like a scythe or a dagger. Because The Scythe was once used by Death for harvesting souls or by Cronus who castrated his father. or the Dagger which was once used by King Arthur to shroud the person in darkness.

I think the founder's name should also try to loosely tie to their factions names....

This is just my opinion, tbh. ^^"

i like the color choices and the designs look like they'll lead to some really nice fan art <3

i think their weapons should tie into their regions type of military stance, like if they're a brute force charge in type maybe a sword or a mace, a more peaceful yet tactical type using a staff (potentially a bladed staff) or more stealthy weapons like throwing knives, and maybe a more tactical analytical type of fighting resulting in the use of a crossbow or regular bow or some kind of device that requires aim and precision, just tossing out ideas
are they founders or have they inherited the position, is it like a monarchy or more of a democracy where the people elect their leaders, is the society more combat focused than a typical one?
if it's like a monarchy or as the founders i'd say try to loosely tie their names to the faction names, or just pick whatever names you think suit them even something relatively ordinary can still be legendary with the right setting
