Dralions—also called Quill Beasts, Porcupine Lions, Scavenger Dragons

*oy this took me a while! But my dinosaurs class is really paying off, I could design my own skull which should, theoretically, actually work! Waiting on feedback from my professor to see what he thinks of it. Literally though, I AM SO EXCITED ABOUT THIS SPECIES, I hope you guys like it even half as much as I do!*

Dralions are a semi-closed species designed by me, just comment below and I'll reply with permission do make your own, as long as you stick to common species traits (for now, at least *evil grin*). They are a sentient race, though due to their anatomy they live in the wild and do not build/construct/use tools/etc.

Species lore teaser:
Nobody on Verni really knows how the dragons went extinct, but most scholarly opinions agree that, somehow, the Dralions were involved. They appeared just before the dragons’ extinction, which occurred despite all indications of a thriving society; and no other possible factor could explain it. Yet, such a possibility is puzzling for many reasons, foremost among them being the Dralions’ dramatically lesser capabilities. But a long-lost manuscript by Loremaster Elaina Firashar could contain the answer...
