Crystal Eclair as she is in her final outfit choice. She'll be wearing this from now on (although for brief period she'll be wearing a hazmat suit).

After Fallout 4 was revealed to use a Layered Armour system I decided to incorporate the same thing in my fic where instead characters having to find armoured suit variants of clothing they instead could do what you can in Fallout four and find segments of armour pieces and wear them on top of your clothing.
Crystal here found a recreation of Rarity's Noir Coat and strapped her previously acquired combat armour segments on top. The hat couldn't be saved so Crystal still wears her original stetson that is now a bit beat up.
