Now that i've redesigned his Pikachu and Raichu forms i thought i might as well do his Pichu forms.Before Lex was exposed to Ion Energy he was just a normal Pichu, despite the longer head fur but after being exposed his body seemed to undergo a slight mutation that gives him is current red and black markings and his blue eyes.
The people at the Ion Test and Research Facility decided to make up a story that Lex was some kind of rare exotic breed of Pichu because they knew they couldn't keep him locked up at the facility forever.

Remember to stay AWAY from Ion Disruption Field generators, Lex. They likely WILL paralyze or even kill you since you're part Ion...This kind of thing also applies to EMPs.
That is, unless you're immune to said fields or EMPs.

those don't exist yet and there is no need for EMPs in the Pokemon World.

Yeah, you're right about the Ion Disruptor...
However, I'm sure one of the Teams could have some use for an EMP...maybe take out the entire Pokeball network so trainers can't call out their pokemon...Oh well.

It's really nice seeing pictures of how Lex changed through his life - it makes him a more interesting and believable character than if he just randomly had all these unique features with no explanation! Anyway, I really like the the features of the Ion Exposure version - the shapes of the ears, cheeks, neck fur and tail are really cool.

thank you very much, yea, i wanted to make him unquie and after redesigning his other forms i thought up an idea to how he went from being normal to his current look and since being exposed to Ion Energy is at the beginning it fit perfectly to how he changed

You have to say that Lex does look rather adorable and the red and black markings aren't that bad looking on him either.
