Appletart is probably now the first albino winged unicorn in Equestria after her mutation. She isn't an alicorn, her wings are that of a Pegasus plus she doesn't possess the lifespan nor magical might of an alicorn. She also wasn't exposed to the taint mixture that creates them either. The taint she consumed in that mouthful of water latched onto the Pegasus genes still in her genetic make up from her ancestors and forced it to grow, giving her the wings and pegasus abilities. As its been stated throughout FoE, taint effects ponies differently.
