It has a lovely texture, the colors are great and Suki's hair is particularly well done...However, Steph's right arm is extremely wonky and looks like it collapsed in on itself .

Yeah, I've been finding elbow-joints seem to fall apart on me. I think a big part of it is that I don't quite have a good sense of how I want to construct hands yet and all the redraws there end up messing with the arm. But yeah, very happy with the hair. Suki is kind of intimidating to me while figuring out rendering styles because she is more or less monochrome. Steph was definitely easier.

While I'm not really an expert (These may come across as guesses) but I think it was a matter of space and proportion as you kept the arm too close to Steph's torso in order to stay within the frame of the picture . It makes the arm feel mismatched and it needed to be extended a little further out. It might have helped to readjust the borders of the picture so you have more space to play with.

Additionally it might have helped to play with the "3D space" of the hand and bring it forward. For example since the elbow is set at her waist it feels like it should cover the edge of her waist and sash to help the arm come forward. Since she is wearing a kimono the sleeve might have been used to cover the awkward place where the wrist flowed into the elbow. What I mean is her left sleeve hangs low and the discrepancy of the right being relatively tight to her wrist draws my eye to where the wonky bit of the arm begins.

Finally, the big thing for me is the crease in the sleeve around her forearm. It's too low and doesn't match the flow of the line from her wrist which makes the arm feel disconnected. It would be better to raise it up and take away the hard lines of the fold.
