This became my special friend at the zoo. There is a monkey house at Kristiansand Zoo that gives you the opportunity to get very close to a lot of cages, and some monkeys that are allowed to run around. This one really really wanted my slush-drink, and to say hello. I got to pet it, and share my drink

You have to love the little marmosets...i got six of these fluff balls at home and they honestly think the are people...but if they get spoilt they can be quite vicious - one breeder i know nearly lost his ear when he tried to seperate his female brood into two different cages (they only have one alpha male and one queen per troupe...none of the others will breed if there is already a queen)

I was trying to capture this monkeys face, but it was impossible... They just don't keep still for 1/100! All the pictures with focus there failed

Ah! *grabs heart* So precious! I love the stereotypical "picture of an animal" then there's this straw, and it totally takes you out of that stereotype, which is wonderful. EXCELLENT picture!!!!

They don't let you feed them, but this guy really really wanted my drink and went for it! He knew what he was after, that was clear.

They call it blue over here. But yeah, they look purple to me too, and the drink was purple

that is soo cute! one time when I went to the zooo...there was this baboon and and oh my guy! he like attacked me! He gave me this evil evil look and ran upto the window and started slamming the window and yeah.... If it wasn't for the glass I'd be eaten right now *blank stare

Baboons are really scary! Chimps too. I'm glad this was just a small one, no bigger than a small kitten.
