If the K/T impact event had never happened the dinosaurs would have been the inheritors of the Solar System. In this instance we see a troonaut riding a space elevator "down" to the surface of an active long period comet at perihelion.

It's not a character, but a creature. The idea of the game is to evolve a creature from a unicellular life-form to a space empire, and the Willosaur species was one of the first prototypes to go through the entire game.
Believe me, your guy and the Willosaur look very similar indeed)))
