This is a very good life sized model of the Devonian sarcopterygian fish Eusthenopteron. It is on display at the Wyoming Dinosaur Center in Thermopolis, WY. It represents an evolutionary stage close to the first lobe finned fish to drag themselves onto land. Well preserved fossils of this taxon has been found in large numbers on the western edge of the Old Red Sandstone Continent in Quebec, Canada.

I do not know who made this model.
