Most comic artists completely miss the visual opportunities with the superhero character Medusa. They concentrate on its use as a weopon in fights. They do not stop to consider how a woman with animated hair could actually USE it in daily life.
Medusa's hair is usually drawn as vine-like tendrils. I chose to make it ribbon-like with sweeping lines.
Also, if I could do this one again, I would have the hair that is holding her off the floor to run vertically rather than horizontally in the shape of a Barcelona chair.

whoa ! ur right !..i must say that i used to see it that way too..i mean most of pple see medusa that way !
oh and the ribbon shape is way more beautiful ,its even more realistic !
