Sam is a super-spy character very similar to Kim Possible. She appears in the series "Totally Spies". Although the show is set in California, it was made in France and Sam is identified as Canadian.
Jen is probably the most popular character in the Canadian made series "6-Teen". She works at a shopping mall that is probably in Toronto.

There seems to be one in every Canadian cartoon, i.e. "Atomic Betty", "Grossology", "The Future is Wild". Don't forget that Vindicator Heather Hudson from "Alpha Flight" is also a redhead.

I lovee redheads, especially with green eyes, freckles, slightly pale skin, and a bossy red-tempered personalities!
Though I always thought Jen looked more like Kim Possible. Plus I think Jen's a brunette, but she does look like a redhead!
