Once I decided upon the criteria for the Maleficent Seven, I had to exclude Eden the Geniah from the "Alladin" series. She's just too good. I have decided that Desiree (with legs) from "Danny Phantom" will be no. 6. She has a malevolent streak.
I have also decided upon the #7 member. THAT one should be a COMPLETE surprise to everyone.
Hint: How did Maleficent herself become green in the first place? Some faustian bargain perhaps?

FINALLY some one has picked up the thread.
It has been my intention to create "THE MALEFICENT SEVEN".
Just being green is not suffecient credentials.
So far my cadre includes:
Maleifiecent, Elphaba, Shego, Poison Ivy and Ember (whose greeness depends on the lighting).
I am considering Desiree as a definite maybe, but there are so many green chicks from Danny Phantom that they could take over.
However, Malefiecent has a set of rules.
Rule 1) You have to be a mean ball-busting BITCH to be on the team. Good girls need not apply.
This eliminates Fiona, Eden and She Hulk.
Rule 2) You can be a spirit being, but one associated with the planet earth. ALIENS need not apply.
This eliminates Warmonga, Princess Mandie, Skrulls, Orions etc. etc.
This still leaves me one short.

Well what about Elphie? you said that Malefiecent only wants "mean ball-busting bitches" well Elphie may be a tad bit mean and a little bitchy towards The Wizard and anyone she gets mad at, but she isn't really evil, just more of an anti hero. The movie witch was definitely evil, and The Elphaba from The Gregory McGuire Book was no princess, but I think that The Musical Elphie wouldn't intentionally want to hurt anyone, not even the wizard (just maybe terrify him a little but never hurt him.) If Elphaba did join with Malefiecent, it would only be for a little while before discovering her truly evil plans, then she would quit the team and fight against her.

Indeed. The entire premise of the Maleficent/Elphie relationship in M7 is that of Mistress and Apprentice. What if Elphie had been turned "to the dark side" in her youth like Anakin Skywalker?

ah ok i get you. maybe after she thinks that she failed to save fiyero she looses her sanity and turns truly wicked, and that's why she chooses to join maleficent
