I like the pose and the expression of the character, but for me the glow and contrast is too much. Surprisingly enough I like it with the face, but everywhere else less would be more. Using the high contrast just in important areas would give you a much better focal point

Personally, I prefer the original colours. This is a tad too bright for my preferences.
