The proportions are great! You are indeed skilled with anatomy and muscles, it gives a good vibe!
As for the technique, it's flawless! Rarely have I ever met someone who can draw so well with pencils, and give such awesome shadings and lightings! You seem to have worked really hard on it, good job! I really like the idea of incorporating aquarelle in your work to colour it a bit, it attracts the eye!
People tend to look down on traditional art since it lacks of colours, but you definitely are very skilled in that domain! Continue your great work, 5/5 !

Even so, i have to remind, that i used a referencepicture that i found on the internet for the position, the proportions and the anatomy aswell
