ermahgerd something cuteThis is based on the leaked art, and tuned it according to the design memo where they don't want the new AJ to be associated countryside, farming, or cowgirl. The apple is a kind of symbolism than a job designation, and since the new cast may be different equine breeds, included some draft horses elements.

this really hits a good balance between what new traits they want to bring, and old traits that work well. i love how you did her mane especially, so many of the new proposed designs have her hair being so long and flowy, regardless of whether applejack's gonna still be a farm pony or not, a long mane feels rather impractical.

Well I hope they know what they're doing if they decide to pull back on the association with farming for G5 AJ. Just because she's an apple farmer with a southern drawl doesn't mean that she's a hick or uneducated, Hasbro.
All that aside, very nice interpretation of that Applejack with her stone-core apple cutie mark and her very clear horseshoes...!
