He manipulated her good will to set her in a trap...and as an "Annie" fan myself I can see just what Armin is capable of....he even manipulated a reaction out of Bertholt, saying that Annie was being tortured just to get him angry...so who knows just what else he's capable of?
And questioning someones Justice is another way of pealing away a persons character, and making themselves doubt their own reasoning. Annie was conflicted with a choice she couldn't make, and made it anyway, because though she knows herself to be a monster...she was still trying to hold unto her humanity, and decided to help Armin who was in need....however Annie knew that she was found out, and decided to take precautions which is why she put the ring on her right index finger.
Though still feeling guilty of setting Annie for an ambush, and still fighting for her innocence, he already covered his hands with blood, by following with the Ambush! To which Annie shifted into her Titan form, because she had no other way of escaping. Annie using her Titan abilities would mean that she could use it's size and strength to push through, since her human form would be impossible! Mikasa made it even worse by manipulating Eren to switch of his emotional ties to Annie, and made him shift too.
Eren was the only one who was trying to fight for her innocence, but after shifting into his titan form, made it difficult for Annie to escape...although the biggest betrayal came from Eren.
I am an Annie fan at a molecular density...because ultimately she was the one hurt that day, she was innocent.
And don't get me started on what happened on the Forest arc....

Still we don't know the truth of annie's. Why she did all those things, why she had to shield her self in the shining stone thing.
But I hope she has right reason and the rest of two from same country will come and get her back to their home.
Just one thing she disappointed me was when she fell on the people in church (because Eren pushed or punched her)
She didn't look like caring those people who died because of them...

You're wrong about the church....Annie's expression was akin to horror and fear, knowing that she killed more people, made her even more desperate to escape! One thing you've got to allow yourself to realize is that, Annie cares a lot about the people that are around her! But doesn't allow herself to show it because it hurts her...I mean her fathers indoctrination about treating everyone as her enemy, proves that even the people who are close to her will lie, deceive manipulate and betray her in the end. I actually love this girl, and what she stands for....Annie is actually pure of heart and it represents her quite ironically, through her ability to crystallize.Β
Seriously haven't you been paying attention to her Titan ability to crystallize...and why it is her signature?
Crystals are pure and strong...they're the strongest material on Earth/Terra/Tiamat, no wonder no one can penetrate through Annie's shield...it's the perfect defence. Annie's character is cold so are crystals, Annie is strong and so are crystals, Annie is dense and so are crystals, Annie is pure and so are crystals. And crystals are see-through and Annie is afraid of being seen naked in front of everyone...because it'll make her frail and weak! As she said "how can a suicidal bastard like yourself understand, the feelings of a frail and weak girl like me" and she said something similar to Eren when they were sparring.
I think Eren is the cure for her tribesmen, and she's desperate that she's even willing to work with scum like Reiner and Bertholt, just so sha can return back to her father...return back home< oh great now I'm crying.
You really have no clue about why Annie did what she did...she even felt remorse after Eren was taken away from her, and even more for killing those innocent members of the Survey Corps...after all why would she cry in the first place? She's sooo much more human then what people allow themselves to see, and it's a shame.
