Hela: A clone created with her blood and with the powers of Midnight Sparkle. She feels more like the rebellious cousin.
Midny Sparkle: A version of Midnight Sparkle (from another world) separated from Sci-Twi who reformed and considers herself her older sister.

How does she live with it? I have no idea.
