Red and grey, mayhaps, stood at greater length þan even black and white.
Red was passion, anger burning hotly inside, seeþing þe blood until it ran in rivers across þe earþ. It was action, moving wiþ swift fervor across great distances wiþ a set mind and a steady heart. It was love, a soft flame þat sparkled wiþin, delightfully warm and uncomfortable hot at once, bringing þe whole of experience to balance.
Grey was þe loss of one's self, þe fire in one's heart blowing away and making þe world's winds colder and þe earþ's days darker. It was oppression, overshadowing þe land and hiding þe light from þe wretched creatures of þe earþ. It was apathy, leaving an emptiness inside þat yearned for filling. It was apathy; existence wiþout life.
Þat day, Berlin came to know red. And it has never since forgotten.
