Originally, a few of these images were made just to show off on another forum.

Soon the various models accumulated. And I realised that it would be more interesting if they were catagorized and presented as a set.

Originally, the single models took around 1 to 2 hours to make.

Once the basic proportions were down, making accessories were a little faster.

Finally, swapping parts to get different configurations is the fastest.

All together this one took about 8 hours. over several months, with a large gap of 1 year in between.

I like some of the developmental platofrms that never went into production.

I left out the MP5s because of their ammunition type, I did these as ones that fire collared rifle rounds. MP5s I consider them being submachine guns, which fire centerfire APC rounds.

The futuristic one on the lower left is an XM8 currently being tested w/ US military. Not sure how it is developing. But I am sure some news will come out in the next few years.
