your pictures are so photoperfect. usually most people are either good at drawing people or good at drawing machines. you happen to be excellent at both and i'm most envious. the lighting looks fantastic in this picture.

Mostly the regular round brush in photoshop.
I DO use a lot of gradients though, that can sometimes look like airbrush.
