Amazing comp colours do work well together and the layout show the technical layout of the city realy well. When I was there I only went up it during the day. I still got an amazing view, it was a nice clear sunny day with some wind to get rid of any smog. With conditions like that you can see clear acros the city. Next time I visit I will be going up during the night.

oh this is great, wish I had taken more photos of that place with different angles, not zoomed in only...maybe I'll still have the chance to go there once again while I'm still here... but I definitely should optimize the colors on my version a little, seeing yours now... awesome!

The street junction was one of the best angles!
I also noticed another shot with a great overview of a school, also, another shot of a great temple/courtyard. Those looked eerie in low light exposure.
Unfortunately, those did not present well from he angle which they were shot. but they're still great for references!
My camera lacked adaquate zoom, in my opinion. Otherwise, I'd totally submitte those here.

Amazing. That's one view I'd like to see for myself sometime. I love how the roads meet in the middle, looks stunning in the night. Only thing I'd try to change about it would be clearing the sky of the excessive noise due long exposure.

Kore ga kakkoii maji.... Oh this brings me back to my childhood and youth! Damn... I was born and raised in Japan, but I'm a US Navy brat... went to school on the military bases. But half my time in Japan was living on the base, and the other half was living off the base. I grew up in Yokosuka... but went to high school in Sasebo out in Nagasaki-ken on Kyushu. I used to catch the train all the time up to Tokyo and Yokohama! Ride the Shinkansen up thru Osaka and Kobe, etc... I'm even working on a 3D piece right now that incorporates the Shinkansen bullet trains into it. God I miss those days, yeah, even the scary times from those Tokyo and Yokohama nerve gas attacks. I was in 8th grade when that shit went down and was afraid to ride the train for a few months.
But this pic brings me back!!! Oh my... had to +fav it. haha... I like the way you can make out the little koen at the bottom. I've probably been on that stretch of road loaded with traffic before as well, since I remember being around the Tokyo Tower at this type of distance several times. Ohhh!!! Natsukashiiii....

The nostalgia can really get to people sometimes.
I feel the same way when I return to my home town in Taiwan. Though there is very little left of the original house and school on my last visit. My old paprtment where I grew up has been renovated. It looks completely different. My elemetary school and kindergarden have been either closed down, or demolished due to urban renewal cycle, or earthquake damage.
It's a pretty eerie feeling. Like bits and pieces of my history are being consumed by oblivian.
