woa, i've always wondered how tokyo would look like in the night. well, that's just a small part of it, isn't it? awesome. maybe you should try a panorama?

That's a great idea! When I tried to prep for a panorama image, I discovered that the mid observation deck had to much interference. The shop inthe center of the deck were reflected off the glass, thus leaving light artifacts on some images. As well as the window placement, it was very hard to line up from shot to shot.

I took a few shots too. But the suroundings did not permit a clear shot. The other shots I have were very cramped and poluted by street light.

Thanks! My inxperienced photgraphy career has lead me to believe this medium is a equipment, oppertunity, circumstances driven avanue. I need to be at the right place at the right time with the right equipment, which is extremely lacking right now.
I'll keep in mind of the longer exposure time once I have a better camera. Though that may be in quite a while.

I had a blast there. My wife didn't want to leave... Frankly, neither did I.
It was rainy, Which was a slight damper... Pardonthe pun. But it was not enough to prevent us from having fun!

Tons, in booths in the subway, in convenient stores, even dedicated ones, both general and adult oriented, massive piles od dojinshi , as well as a dedicated rpg store carrying massive Magic the gathering stuff... Yeah! I would have bought some but my suitcase was already filled with toys...
As you can tell, I was in quite a tourist mood during that visit!

Never in my life had I seen the amount of adult stuff match what I saw there. General comic took up several floors, and the adult stuff took up another! Nothing but manga pron! tabel full, and the shelves!

Actually, I only picked up some modeling magazines, comemorative 5th aniversery bonus Dengeki Hobby with a tiny Gundam model, ad some artbook.
That was about it.
If it wasn't for our tiny, actually not so tiny, suitcases I would have bought a whole lot more. I've got a serious impulse buying tendency as a tourist.
