Is it comfortable to use MediBang Paint? I've never tried it and in fact only heard of it just recently

yeah it is!
The lay out of the program is very organised and simple! altough some of the short cuts don´t make to much sense but you can change them to what ever you want! ^^
but it may depend on what kind of art you make. it works great for manga and clean looking art but i wouldn´t recommend it for painterly styles.
