So the hair is completely wonky, and I'm not happy with it, but when I saw this stock image , it screamed Chibiusa to me. I'll keep working on it...Where have I been? Ha! I'll post a journal entry about it.

Thanks. Funny you should ask, since the hair is what I'm least satisfied with.
I draw it by hand using a series of photoshop brushes designed for hair (basically, brushes that let me draw a bunch of strands with a single stroke). No clue where I got mine, since I've had them for years, but there are a bunch available here on DA under resources.
I keep meaning to go back and make her hair look less clumpy.

when i first saw this pict, i though that someone did see the cosplay picts of my baby from Anime Weekend Atlanta 2008, but i did see where you really got the idea and it's still alsome anyways
