So I got the new Thomas and Friends DVD "Monkey Trouble" and it had 9 episodes from S22 and one of them was Apology Impossible which I really don't like. I like this aftermath, even though I wasn't a fan of the episode.
Thomas: "James the Red Engine, We are very ashamed of you and highly disappointed of what you did to me, Annie, Clarabel, Philip, Paxton and Rebecca!"
Rebecca: "I agree with Thomas, James. You were being rude and a show-off to Philip. You even held up the Railway Traffic at the bridge and blocked the track for Me, Thomas, Annie, Clarabel, Philip and Paxton!"
Gordon: "You even crashed into Tidmouth Sheds the other day and made Edward and Henry leave Tidmouth Sheds some time ago!"
Percy: "You nearly had an accident with Toby since he was chasing a Butterfly!"
Nia: "Percy's right, James. You didn't make up for your mistakes and the Fat Controller scolded you for being rude to Philip, Thomas, Annie, Clarabel, Paxton and Rebecca!"
Emily: "This behaviour is unacceptable, James. If this keeps up, The Fat Controller will kick you out of Tidmouth Sheds!"
James: "Please no everyone! I'm sorry, please forgive me!"
Thomas: "Sorry is. not going to cut it, James, look! Here comes the Fat Controller!"
TFC: "James the Red Engine, I'm not pleased with you in the slightest!"
Rebecca: "Sir, What Happened?"
TFC: "Well, Rebecca, James splashed Philip with oil, invaded his space at the Wash Down and he even held up the railway Traffic on the Bridge!"
James: "I...I'm sorry Sir..."
TFC: "Not Good Enough, James! Gordon, take him away!"
Gordon: "So you James kept on showing-off! Shame on you, James! Shame on you!"

Honestly, I feel sorry for James. He was the real victim in that. And why? His personality was scrambled and scrapped.

Episode 7: Apology Impossible.
Based on the Railway Series by Reverend W. Awdry and the Television Series by Britt Allcroft.
One morning, Spencer had arrived on Sodor, taking the Duke and Duchess to Tidmouth Harbour to catch a ferry.
(Spencer races along the Main Line until he reaches Tidmouth Harbour. Philip is there shunting some trucks for James' goods train)
Spencer: (sees a truck in front of him) Uh! (screeches as his driver applies the brakes)
(the silver engine bumps into the truck making crates fall off it. Philip, taken by surprise, jumps and jolts the trucks back)
Philip: Oh!
(a can falls off one of the trucks)
Spencer: (looks cross) I say! Who left this truck on the line?!
Philip: S-sorry, Spencer. I was just about to add that truck on, but the crates weren't secure, and-
Spencer: (groans) I might have known a silly little engine would make a mistake like- (moves forward and hits the can that fell on the track in front)

"Unfortunately, there would be many repercussions to James' actions that day. Because later on at Tidmouth that evening, we all rightfully tore into James for acting so stupid and foolish, and for being an aggressive bully. I hope James learned his lesson that day, don't you?"
Yeah, I hated that episode too. And I love the idea of this aftermath.
