When I first really started to get into comics, it was mostly thanks to Biz's run on the ABCs, and this guy was just the coolest thing ever to the young-teen-me. And let's be honest - he's still pretty damn cool now!

Yeah, always loved the ABC Warriors, even way back in the day before Biz reinvented them. Joe Pineapples and Hammerstein always seem to be the most popular of them for some reason.

I only got to know the pre-Biz stuff much later on (and I really must try to get my hands on some of the collections at some point), but I think those two are probably the most popular because they're the most human, flaws & all. A coupla good mates who know each other very well, stuck in a whole mess of bad situations.
These days I have a particular fondness for Mongrol, but I just can't manage to get him right any time I try to draw him.
