Just a cute little scene of poor Edwyn getting some apparently much needed rest... on his keyboard XD And of course, Nick and Toby hidden away inside.This will have taken place at some point between their rescue from the arena and the scavengers' attack on the base.
I'm not completely sure why I drew this XD Perhaps because I fell asleep on my own keyboard the other day... perhaps just because it was a really cute mental image. I don't know XD

This image is literally why I started reading the Scavengers story. I wanted to know what story had such a nice scene in it, and started reading.
I've actually read all the way to chapter 21.5, and am about to read 22. Can't wait!

Love the repetitive keyboard note... man, I think EVERY writer has done that once or twice in their writing hobby/career. Many a night has been spent deleting the six pages of gibberish from falling asleep on the keyboard.
Dunno why, but the picture has a really gentle feel to it, despite the danger the three have been in for a while. I hope that this scene rolls around soon, they really deserve it.

Oh yes indeed... I tend to get pages full of gs and hs when I fall asleep on mine, my record was 37 pages of rubbish XD
I'm glad the gentle feel comes over, it was intended to be there... and technically this scene has already happenned, like I said, sometime between Nick and Toby being rescued from the arena, and the Scavengers attacking the base. I could write up a little short scene of it though, if you'd like ^_^

OMG yes please! I'd love to see it. I'm a big fan of you and Peachnewt, and I always jump for joy whenever I see something new posted, whether it's a picture or a story, because I know you two put your heart into conveying what you see in your minds into your work. It makes me feel as if I can glimpse inside your mind when I read the stories, and I try to do the same with my works as well.

I suppose in a way, you do see into a writer's mind and imagination when you read their work... as long as they have actually put their heart into it. That is why it's nice to read something that is truly heartfelt, there's so much depth to it.
