I don't know how I feel about him yet ...
I'm trying to give a real critique here. It's definitely good ... no doubt about that.

I love the black. It goes seamlessly with the idea of an assassin. It's just that EVERYTHING except the fact that he has two handheld blades just SCREAM magician. He has a shitload of incantations and gems and skulls and material that would be worn by magicians. People who attack with devastating force ... not a scout.

I like this piece a lot, but it seems like you just headed in the wrong direction with his outfit to me ... that's all.
