I like drawing people that dress weirder than I ever would. 8D This chick is cool because her face is a little quirkier than I usually draw, I think....although her ass is too small. Oh well. Ballpoint + hue changed in Fotoshawp.

EDIT: Forgot to mention, I had to reconstruct her shoes in PS as well because the drawing was too big. So...yeah, they looked 100% better before.

EDIT 2: AH, this sketch is so old I forgot! I used image 3908 from *faestock 's Rose Tyler pack as a model here. It's most evident in the coat. <3
