He and his class were heavily inspired by old cartoons from America’s golden age of animation, so when it comes to the battlefield, he can be very much like, say, bugs bunny in temperament, relaxed, but quick on the draw to cause trouble at every opportunity.

That's really cool! He belongs there becuase he is, like the other mercs, an exaggerated personality and cartooney style AND looks like he belongs in the 1960's-1970's
