Me. I'm not the most articulate of speakers, so when I talk on the phone, I turn into a stuttering, um-ah-ing mess. Plus, I spent a year at a survey call center where death threats from angry people over the phone was a common occurrence, so it made talking to someone over the phone an incredibly nervewracking experience, even though that place shut down and I haven't worked there for three years now.Β Β
