I got Let's Go Pikachu when it came out and it's been fun. I've only got 4 badges right now (playing slowly and sparingly) but it's been fun to relive Kanto...again, haha. I'm excited for what comes next for Pokemon on the Switch. I really like the dynamic of Pokemon walking around in the grass.Anyway, tried a weird shading/lighting technique of using very angular lines. I kinda like it, but I'll probably not do it again.

Your lighting/coloring style for this is really neat, i like it! Looks very toony, which compliments the style you drew them in I think

Thank you!! Pikachu is definitely my fav of the two. Eevee doesn't look as good with the straight-lined shading. I think it works well with Pikachu because of his tail, since it's all jagged light a lightning bolt. I'm glad you like his eyes, also!! I really like drawing them like that on Pikachu and Raichu. I always imagine their cheeks are so big and puffy that their eyes scrunch up, especially when they're smiling.
I think there is a similar hairstyle to that. Mostly I just like that puffiness on Eevee for some reason. I almost always draw them like that, haha. But Pikachu's hair here is based on one of the hairstyles; in fact, it's the hairstyle I've given to my Pikachu!
