Description
The team's name used to be Kinnikinnick, but Acco didn't like the size of the word, so he shortened it to The Kinnickers.
It might had something to do with his reading skills-- it is uncertain.

Acco the Oshawott
Growing up in Missy's daycare center along with the other orphans has made him want to stand out between the others and have a name. As such, he became a very loud and noisy pokemon, always making trouble, much to Missy's dismay.
The little mon cannot help it though, as he could have never experienced a parent's love.
Namely, his egg has been stolen from his travelling parents, and later after the clumsy thief dropped it, got lost in the grass in the outskirts of Tao.
There some rescuers found the crying hatchling and brought it to Missy.

Even thought he is a troublemaker, he is a good person, always doing his best and trying to help. While he is very loud and rash about his decisions, he can sometimes be a bit... slow...(he has a bad habit of speaking before thinking).

He spent his childhood playing and fighting with friends in the daycare, and even though he was taken care of good, he would often get lonely.
That's when he met Toba, and his adventures began.

Toba the Petilil
Toba hatched in Creeping Forest, in a hole protected by thick bushes. Her egg was abandoned, so she never got to meet her parents, but due to her being part plant, she managed to take care of herself all alone.
Well, she wasn't always alone, since it is a largely habited area (despite the infamous sneasel gang). She grew up mostly imitating other plant pokemon, and when she learned all the basic skills for survival, she went to explore the forest more.
Eventually she got bored and started hanging out around Tao. Also there was easier access to water and no fear of being eaten up.
There she met Acco, and after a few shenanigans, she made him an offer - he could join her in her walks in the forest, if she could live at the daycare. Naturally he accepted it and thus began their sneaking out.
They quickly became good friends.

Toba is pretty much the opposite of Acco - always calm and collected, she is smart and does think before she speaks. Living in constant awareness of predators (sneasels) has made her careful and vary about her surroundings.
She tends to be a bit selfish though.

The Kinnickers
They both thought Rescuers were lame and useless, until a certain pokemon made them change their mind.
That also inspired them to join a guild, however it didn't change their mind about thinking of the Rogue guild being the best one.
As such they applied to becoming a rogue team as soon as they could.

Side info:
- Acco is younger then Toba; if they were humans, Accot would be around 12 while Toba around 14.
They are kids!! wow.
- Due to Toba being a very quiet and decent girl (never gets caught in the act), Missy doesn't seem to notice she's not an actual orphan.
- Acco hates one particular rescuer, but at the same time, along with Toba, largely respects another. They still don't think much of the rescuers.
- Toba has a habit of hiding behind pokemon upon meeting someone new and swinging while she stands or walks.
- Acco is unaware of his move "Frustration". He uses it, obviously, when he gets frustrated or angry but can't control himself.
- Both of them have the same goal - to evolve and get stronger
