My entry for the Character Design Challenge of May. The theme was "Indian Dancer," so I took inspiration from Sattriya dancers, whose expressive hand movements reminded me of a bird's flight, so here we are! I wanted to participate in the previous one (GoT related) with a Daenerys, but was too overwhelmed with other projects and missed it U.U. This is the first drawing I make for myself in months, so I'm super happy to be back

It's very interesting! They have a Facebook group, and there they announce the themes. Every month there's a different prompt. Game of Thrones, Centaur, Hippie... you never know which one they'll pick next. Then, once the prompt is announced, people design their characters and submit the pictures to the group. At the end of the month, the mods and jury/special guest pick the winners, and there might be cool prizes and all!
If the month's theme calls you, participate ^^. They also have a tumblr with PLENTY of references and resources to draw inspiration from. Very useful, even if you don't care about the challenge.
