Description
A new drawing I´m working on. Katniss Everdeen in the famous scene in Catching Fire, becoming the Mockingjay (Spoiler!!)I loved that moment. I had to read it many times before being able to go on with the story.
I´ve seen some pictures of this, but no one of them gets me at all. So I´ve decided to draw it myself and see what happens. I´ve got some problems... I don´t know how to paint fire, or burned cloths... And I don´t know if I should colour it with the tablet or with colour pencils... My head is going to explode...
What should I do??

try Faber Castell watercolor pencils, lightly color the drawing with the pencils and then spread the colors using a wet paintbrush.
You could also use oil pastels, but you'd have to be extra careful when spreading the colors with your fingers, an alternate for the fingers are cotton buds (the ones used for the ears) or tissue paper wrapped around a toothpick.

Your always welcome, you could also try ink, but be sure to have it slightly diluted in a little bit of water so that the colors won't be that dark or too intense

Thank you very much!! I think I´ll try first with the tablet; I recently downloaded a lot of Photoshop Brushes of blood, smoke and fire, so maybe in the next weeks I can start working on this!!

Awesome, I'm sure it will turn out Fantastic. I just recently did Katniss's Interview Dress and did what you did by finding brushes.
