Well, it's a magic toilet, probably with a bonification of +30 Charisma, so he auto-washes himself automatically after every visit. Though I'm pretty sure that Beast felt so awkward using a living toilet that he used it only once and then spent the rest of the years using the bushes near the castle.

Yeah that is probably thee case as doesn't it seem rude to literally take a dump on something that least seems like a person? But since this Beauty & The Beast we're talking about and since every sentient object was once a person (or at least that's how I think it goes) I wonder what their job was, controlling the line to the servant's toilet perhaps?
