I've already answered your exact same message on my other Derpy image.... And the answer is exactly the same on this plush as it was on the other. Although I believe you mean 'Strabismus' not walleye, as 'walleye' seems to be a type of fish according to google or wide/bulging/glaring eyes, which doesn't exactly describe Derpy's eyes
