Yuna from FFX -Prang Colored Pencils
based on a CG image from game
i did this about 4 years ago but just never finished it; i decided to upload it unfinished since i know i probably won't do any more work on it.

This is like...insane, for a lack of better word.
I've also tried to draw this exact picture of Yuna with color pencils two years back, and the results were not even a hundredth of what this is.
You are amazing. This level of mastery of a medium is something 95% of DA will never be able to do.

i don't know, i haven't touched it in so many years... when i draw i kind of get into a rhythm, and i'm not sure if i'd be able to pick up where i left off, you know?
i'm kind of notorious for not finishing what i start. plus, i've gotten a little used to the way it looks. i mean, the pencil lines blending off, it kind of lets you know it's hand drawn... what do you think?

*nods* I see what you mean about the pencil lines, and I know what you mean about rhythms and not finishing drawings - I do it allthe time, too. But it would be cool to see this finished....hmm...Ultimately, I think it's whatever you want to do.

i guess i'm going to leave it as is, and i'll have to chalk it up to experience... i can never leave a drawing for more than a few of weeks without working on it or it'll never get done!

COLORED PENCILS?! Are you kidding? I squinted at that for seven whole minutes trying to find a small trace of handwork, but it all looks like a CG image, nothing else. You should go work for SquareEnix and do their official artwork, because they aren't nearly as good as you! *clicks on add to favorites 10 times*
