I was also kind of thinking along the same lines that he is connected to eclipsa in some way, I can't wait for new episodes!~

If you look closely in the Moon the Undaunted episode, Toffee has two skulls on his shoulder pads, one has Comet's (Moon's Mother) symbols on her cheeks, maybe as a sign of intimidation, but the other ones are Eclipsa's, and i think that is a mark of who he swore his loyalty to.
I think he actually wanted to avenge them

(Spoilers if you haven't watched the newest episodes btw)
Actually it doesn't have Comet's cheek marks, Moon's mother had butterfly's on her cheeks. The second cheek marks are moons, seeing as they are diamonds. Also something that I find unique to these two skulls is that Diamonds (Moon) and Spades (Eclipsa) Are both card related along with Clovers (Or Clubs) and Hearts. The names are also unique because all of the Queen/princess names of the main ones are all sky related, Star, Meteora, Moon, and Eclipsa. Which all are Celestial, and the word celestial can be found in magic and occult stuff and shown as more powerful. 
During an eclipse the moon blocks out the sun and half of it will be shrouded into complete darkness (Moon losing her "Eye" in the new episode possibly or, half of her 'shrouded in darkness' as the lost memories.) and makes the eclipse happen (Possibly Eclipsa awakening and getting her wand back), stars become more prominent and bright (Star becoming Queen, and being serious about it especially with when she fought in her Butterfly form and growing more powerful), but the gravitational forces makes meteors more common to come (Meteora coming to the castle and almost destroying it) and to damage things.

Idk but this is kinda what I've formulated from the names and cheek marks, I know I kinda rambled tho lol but I love making theories.

Do you think Globgore's gonna be the next villain? 
I mean... You're an outcast, you find a beautiful woman (Eclipsa is just beautiful) who treats you like her equal, you eventually get to love her, marry her and have a baby with her, then some racist fuckers take them both away and imprison you for centuries.
I'd be pretty mad as well!

Lol XD I think so, or they might not even have one. The next season could just be Star looking for her mother, being queen, growing stronger and what ever the heck Eclipsa is doing.  OOORR It could be about Marcos strange moon cheek marks from when he touched the wand...
