Oh jeez I love red pandas! What a cute drawing! I love ballpoint pen and watercolor, do you have any trouble with them bleeding ever? And how did you get the grainy texture?

Sorry for the late reply!
Bleeding as in blots of ink ruining the drawing? Sometimes, I usually pick my pens well, write with them a while before using them to draw, so the blotting is less common. Can still happen though if you are unlucky. As for paint and ballpoint pen ink mixing and dripping, that never happened to me. Once the ballpoint is dry it is dry for real if you use normal products on it. The grainy texture is a mixture of using the right pen (well used in this case), light strokes and using a eraser on it after it has dried, which makes the lines seem more light and grainy.
