I made one for RE4, so here's a way Resident Evil 5 could have ended.I know the official explanation is something along the lines viral reaction changed her hair colour, but personally I like my explanation of evil fashion make-over team.

It's my theory they wanted to make Jill even more white to make a bigger contrast with Sheva.
Also maybe mislead fans, I mean, everyone thought the woman in the Re5 trailers was Sherry.
The colour-change is odd, though, from the design point of view.
I read an interview where some of the designers said they wanted to keep the characters familiar, and that's why even in Re5 Chris wears green and Jill blue.
But they changed the hair-colour?

Yes, but I'm wondering about the reasons it was made like that by the designers.
I mean, they could have just as easily kept her hair colour, the reasons for the change were just made up, and didn't even have any basis in previous games.
To get the 'evil superpowered Jill' a more different look? But if they want to use Jill after this, they are kinda stuck with that colour, unless they make her dye.

My guess is the developers wanted to mislead fans to think she was Sherry in the trailers. Or maybe they just thought she looked hot with blond hair. I personally hope in the future games her hair would change back to brown...

actually, shes blonde because of what wesker did to her, you can read that on the computer, right after killing the big black creature, where jills capsule is empty.

Lot of people (including me) did. I think they made her blond just to lead fans off. I think some of the developers said something like the blonde woman was a character from previous games, and Sherry seemed to fit... I wonder if Jill's haircolour changes back to brown now...

Exactly. I like the way she looks like in the flashback where they meet Wesker in Spencer estate. With the cap. Nice look, and something that looks practical (no miniskirts...)

My favourite outfit for her is the one she wears in the mission to Russia in Umbrella chronicles. I tend to like seeing characters in winter clothing.

Fun in general!
For a Resident Evil Game (compared To RE 1-3) its...well...different...
and I was like:"Oh...I think I know this allready!" a several times (Chainsaw guy, the Giant, Irving remind me of Salazar esp in his Monster Form...)!
But I'm not finished it yet! I am not a typical gamer and so I have my difficulties pretty often!
AND BELIEVE IT OR NOT: Weskers death sucks to me! (Seen it on YouTube)

I have watched the cutscenes on youtube, though, so I know the plot. I feel sorry for Wesker, but I could see this coming, and at least he went out with a bang and without becoming a wuss. Did you change your opinion on Wesker?

In a way...kinda feel sorry since I think that his end is rather unworthy for a villian he supposed to be (one that acts in the "shadows" and always was two steps further...he was the Mastermind in all the other games...you know what I mean?)...and then this certain scene in the end, where he stands on that big stone, stumbles and falls into the Lava...tsk...like an old woman!

The main reason he was able to remain so mysterious and untouchable was because he was never directly fought. Plus we never knew what it was he was planning to do, except maybe to get power and influence.
Actually, his role in the series changed, in the first game he is hardly more then a pawn who decided to take his chances and steal the tyrant. Then in Code Veronica he returned as a supersoldier, in RE4 he started to resemble a spy and finally he became a supervillain.
While he has been directing the events in the shadows, he is also very hands on, compared to Spencer, for example, whose death was quick and happened in a flashback.
It was stupid he turned into a slow giant mutant in the end, but this is RE, so that's kinda given. I guess the reason I'm taking his death so well was because it was exactly the way I guessed.
I am not going to spend money on a console just for one game. Besides, these days I play my DS more then consoles anyway (Since I travel a lot by bus and train)

i'm curious if Capcom will make a RE6...they say, IF they make one, it will take at least 4 years till it comes out! I wonder what it will look like!

It seems like they want to tie all the loose ends with the plot, so maybe it will have a completely new enemies? I just bought code veronica, but I haven't played it yet. Gotta have to finish RE2 first...
