For some reasons the eyes give me a vampire-ish feel, the crosses feel much to big, like they would poke her if her lowered her head, even the bullets look more like stakes, or something to use to take down bigger threats. I do like it overall, the detail on her hair is great and crescent rose's movement feels like it could cut through a lot.

Well I think it's good enough to be on a Planeswalker card but talk it down if you want...
I love the detail in Ruby and Crescent rose, while the background blurs for what I can only describe as breathtaking piece of artwork. The only thing I think could be improved is the detail on the rose petals, they look like shreds of her cloak at the moment. Ever considered doing the other characters? I'd love to see what you could do for Weiss. BTW my favourite RWBY art to date!
